The CANIS Team is excited to have CANIS Ambassador, Content Contributor, and Founder of Well for Culture Thosh Collins in for this Gear Drop. I thought this would be a fun post. This is what's in my bag for a day hunt for mule deer on the rez. We have no wild meat in the freezer and it’s important that I make a harvest asap. We’ve been slammed with our work, book writing and community stuff that it has been hard to get a moment to hunt. Life should never be too busy to do the work to acquire the kind of nutrient dense, ethically sourced animal protein with cultural/spiritual significance that we prefer.
